tg888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg888 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tg888's negligence.
tg888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, as further described in Section 14.
These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the tg888 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (the National Lottery Authority Act), Presidential Decree No. 1869 (the PAGCOR Charter as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulatory circulars and implementing rules in force from time to time.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue, inconvenient forum, or any similar doctrine.
